Make plans to join us for the 2025 International Masters Anterior Course (IMACx), taking place September 11-13, 2025, at The Westin Houston Medical Center in Houston, Texas.
The course will feature:
- Intensive 3-day education on surgical techniques, including modifications and extensions, for primary and revision direct anterior approach total hip arthroplasty
- Didactic presentations and interactive case-based panel discussions with an internationally renowned faculty of surgical masters in the direct anterior approach
- Surgical demonstrations showcasing the latest advancements in the direct anterior hip approach
- Lab stations available in English, Portuguese, Spanish, German, and Hindi - new for 2025!
- Basic and advanced bioskills labs to accommodate attendees’ different levels of experience.
- Participants in the Basics lab will explore techniques for primary THA with the direct anterior approach.
- Participants in the optional Advanced lab (which has limited availability) will focus on techniques for revision procedures and extensile approaches for more complex primary cases.

Basic Course: Includes all didactics on Thursday through Saturday, plus the Basic bioskills lab on Friday
- Physicians: $1295
- Residents: No charge for the didactic sessions; $300 to participate in the Basic lab (based on availability; preference given to attending physicians)
- Fellows: No charge for the didactic sessions; $300 to participate in the Basic lab (based on availability; preference given to attending physicians)
- Allied Health: $645
Advanced Course: Includes all didactics on Thursday through Saturday, plus the Basic and Advanced bioskills labs on Friday; open to physicians and fellows only, for a limited number of participants
